Electricity: Visit www.thepowertochoose.org for electricity or ask the office to assist you with getting set up with Direct Energy. You must have power transferred into your name before keys will be released.

Water/Wastewater/Trash: Set up at the office. You will be charged a one-time set up fee of $10. You will receive your first water bill 45-60 days after move in.

Moving

• Please schedule your move between 8 am and 9 pm.
• Parking Garage Clearance is 8ft. 6inches.
• You will need to schedule a lease signing appointment during normal business hours.
• Residents moving in after the 20th of the month, will be asked to pay the following month's rent at move in.
